Background : 25yo male, MDMA use that caused memory troubles (especially short term), and a HUGE loss of concentration.

The goal is to revert the effects, and pass college diploma.

I posted the stack here, for everyone to inspire or to comment :

whole green tea and bacopa strongly restore serotonergic function, while honcho and ginseng do so weakly.

I healed myself entirely on a natural stack and daily exercise. I had taken 800mg mdma once, and 100mg several times. The degree to which I had abused lsd and thc was beyond all decent contemplation. I had no friends, was estranged from my family, living with another fuckup, on food stamps, and never getting laid. Safe to assume I'm now living alone and doing better on all other counts. I still don't have a degree, but without one I've managed to chum my way into well paying scientific jobs.

Yes, but only to 80% capacity (mdma had taken it to 60% honestly, so i made a 50% recovery in 22 months).  Is okay, because some faculties which weren't damaged by drugs, were boosted to 110% by ginkgo.  On the whole, mental functioning is still unfortunately reduced, but only to 90%.  If I jump off the ginkgo & c, up the weed, and enter a grease/junk food phase... well, then... it becomes again painfully obvious that I'm suffering symptoms which could easily be mistaken for ADD (e.g. core sypmtoms of a schizotypal constellation)

what was your stack? ginko and bacopa only?

for me ginko doesent do much at all, but bacopa is one of the few things that actually does something for me, and ive tried about 30 different supps and 10 meds...: i get all the benefits but also a crazy diahrrea....

yes the only supplements I took for a very long time (19 out of 22 months) were the four.  Ginkgo, bacopa, ginseng, and tea.  Important not to disregard the fact that interval exercise training and many carefully-chosen foods contribute to the regenerative effect on my CNS.  Blueberries, broccoli, red onion, and grapefruit.   Just for an example, the grapefruit contains naringin, a GDNF-releasing flavonoid.   And the very effect of THC is to damage astrocytes[1], a type of glial cell (I mean other brain cells are damaged too, but this is largely the result of malfunctioning astrocytes, which normally cleanse the brain of debris and keep central infections at arm's length).

The diarrhea isn't noticeable at 150mg bacopa.  Though if you aren't taking the other three supps, you won't have the "synergy", and a larger dose of bacopa is needed.  Whence cometh diarrhea.

I was usually a sucker for this kind of set up:

Breakfast

600mg red Ginseng extract (liqiuid vials)

2g qualty Sencha (crushed in mortar and pestle)

Lunch

90mg standardized Ginkgo

3g quality Sencha

Dinner

150mg Bacopa (45%)

For now I can say it's a stack that kicks ass. It makes me able to focus and study like a champ. My memory has improved. Side effects are : headache (not everyday, but when it's here no medication can beat it, so I need to go to sleep), and diarrhea (because of the magnesium stearate excipient I guess). No brain fog as far as now

update : regular headaches

Do you suspect any positive long term effects towards repairing memory issues?
