Currently researching Bremelanotide (PT-141) as a possible solution to overcoming genetic variants that reduce MC4R activation. Research subject has the following SNP's along MC4R:

Subject presents with fair skin, low blood pressure, low libido, and anxiety. Has anyone else gone down this path before?

Would welcome any additional input on related therapeutic treatments that act on or enhance this pathway.

i like your biochemical perspective on sexuality.  have you found places online to get bremelanotide?  You could just find out if it works.

also, next time you vacation outside the USA you could find out if 5 methoxytryptophan "foxy" heightens your sex drive.  It is said to durably heighten sex drive, for a logn period after the drug wears off.

also, if you view erotic videos at say, http://www.xhamster.com do you become aroused?

if you are truly diligent about your research you could travel to Nevada, Japan, or Switzerland and meet with a prostitute. Or, you could just advertise at http://www.adultfriendfinder.com

Given the symptoms is there nothing more important to check than pt141 first?

Afaik, wiki says it treats psychogenic ED? So it means, that if it gets you "moving", then all those issues were actually depression / anxiety driven?

Have you tried Melanotan? It works, and gives a nice tan to your whole body!
