Anyone can comment on this one? Does it matter if we take uridine alone or from choline precursors (citicoline, etc.)?

The mice were fed 400mg/kg daily, which is insane. Converted to a human dosage, that would be about the equivalent of me taking 2400mg. Even not taking that into account, they didn't co-supplement the uridine with folate, b12, fish oil, and Alpha-GPC as most people do.

Stick to uridine, Alpha-GPC, fish oil/DHA, folate, and b12 for your uridine stack... this is the best way to go about a uridine stack, starting at 150mg uridine and increasing dosage after a few weeks if you don't feel anything. It is better to take uridine and Alpha-GPC than just taking CDP-choline because uridine is sometimes converted into CDP in the body for work with phospholipids, and CDP has its own roles and characteristics in the body, so it's better to supplement uridine upstream, along with GPC, and perhaps even phosphatidylserine and ALCAR as well to reap the benefits of uridine directly.
