Hi everyone, I'm planning to improve my nootropics and general supplements diet, but before I would like to ask some advice.
At the moment I'm taking:
- Rodhiola rosea, 1 spoon/day
- Maca (Lepidium meyenii), 4 spoon/day
- Gingko biloba, 200mg/day
and I woud like to add:
- DMAE
- N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
- L-Tryptophan
- Flaxseed oil
Any suggestion? Does any of these interact negatively with the others? Should I cut with caffeine?
