Hello, new member here!

A year ago I was diagnosed with astheno-emotional syndrome or "brain fog/fatigue" and has since then tried out several medicine with some or little success. The syndrome was probably caused by my disease I was born with, Hunter's syndrome, which in short gives me chronic pain from inflammations.
I have tried Ritalin XR, IR and Concerta.
At the moment I take 60 mg Vyvanse (30x2 at the same time). In the beginning it seemed like I was cured but it quickly diminished and now a couple of months later I am struggling with severe side effects.

It still does a lot against my extreme sleepiness and some concentration, brain chatter. It wears off early and higher dose works against that but to the price of higherhigher anxiety.

So I recently bought in some Nootropics to boost or cover what the Vyvanse doesn't.

Ciltep from Natural Stacks
Alcar 400mg/60 caps
Alpha Gpc 300mg/60 caps
Noopept 10mg/90 caps
Ashwaganda Powder 100g
Boswellia Powder 100g
Mucuna Pruriens 100g
Brahmi powder 100g
Turmeric 100g

My question is when to take everything, which to combine and optimal dosage?

I also take daily supplement in form of multivitamin, magnesium, zink, potassium, b6, Omega 3 and 6.

I might get a prescription on Modafinil instead of Vyvanse but I don't know yet.

Thank you in advance!

Yeah the stimulants aren't really appropriate, because they're just giving you the temporary ability to push through the fatigue caused by the Hunter's disease.

CILTEP will work as a less harmful stimulant but I still don't suggest it every day.

ALCAR, Alpha GPC, and noopept work as neuroprotectives. I don't know the dosages for the first two but for noopept take 1-2 capsules a day.

Other people here know more about dosages for the herbs but I can tell you the mucuna pruriens is just another stimulant. I don't really suggest it.

For the turmeric, if that's just a raw powder, you'll need to combine it with black pepper. I believe the ratio is 1:10, but don't quote me on that one.
