Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me find a cure or treatment option to my terrible concentration, social phobia, emotionability (take things seriously), get upset easy, depression and most annoyingly my brain fog. E.g. Unable to interpret conversations properly, poor memory, low drive and energy, lack of enthusiasm towards my life goals and what I want out of life.

I have tried taking fish oil, lots of supplements etc and don't seem to be getting anywhere with the brain fog / concentration issues. It's really badly affecting my vision / everything seems like I'm in a type of lack of consciousness which I've had all my life. It hasn't gone away, it doesn't get better or worse. Well, it gets worse if I was to drink a large amount of alcohol the night before. It doesn't get better, it went away for a day once about two years ago which was completly random. General working out seems to improve energy the day after working out, might get a mood boost after working out as well..

Any suggestions what this could be.

Kind Regards,

Kieran

Phenibut will help with depression, social anxiety, and some concentration but its addictive and comes with withdrawals. Also u need to meditate, eat high amounts raw foods like veggies for energy watch your diet eat good. Exercise. There is no cure, i have the same problem. Comedy, and music helps me a lot. I also listen to Jim Rohn for motivation great speaker. If you have the money Chiropractor or Acupuncture. Could be a body energy thing, everyone feels amazing after Acupuncture. I cant afford it, high raw food for me.

Try following the steps from "The Mood Cure".

I had similar symptoms and it has helped me a great deal.

It involves a bit of experimenting but was worth it for me.

Basically some of the amino chemicals in your brain are unbalanced and the book gives you a plan to restore their balance.

Spend the $15ish for the book and follow it. Could change your life.
