Does sublingual uridine monophosphate @ ~150-300mg/d carry any pro-carcinogenic risks or concerns for worsened insulin sensitivity, worsened glucose tolerance, and increased liver fat accumulation?  I've come across articles that mention these side effects, but it's often an animal model, high dosed, or in triacetyluridine form.

I was thinking about trying out some UMP with DHA.  I've read that choline also pairs well with this combo -- would it make more sense to add alpha-GPC or CDP-Choline?  I also plan to tack on 800mcg of methyl-folate and 1mg of methyl-b12.  Are there any other supplements / cofactors that might also be worth including?

I eat a pretty high fat, low-carb diet.  I'm not sure if this makes these concerns worse or less of an issue.

i was doing uridine DHA and choline after i read it boosts dopamine and i think it does, but not in a positive way. it gave me headaches and caused psychosis in me which can be related to boost in dopamine (schizoprenics can have high dopamine expression which causes psychosis too)
