Has anyone experienced significant changes in positive and/or negative symptoms just before/during/after getting sick(cold, flu,pneumonia...etc)? For the past few years i've noticed that the periods just before/during/after getting sick, significant changes in my negative/positive symptoms occur, usually i see dramatic short lived(few days)improvements, sometimes they can get significantly worse. There seems to be a growing body of evidence suggesting a strong link between the immune system and mental illnesses, so just wondering if that could have something to do with it.

I agree that there seems to be a link between the immune system and mental conditions. I felt shitty for a long time, anxiety, brain fog, lack of energy, some depression, muscle aches, etc which I'm now addressing with supplementation.
I clearly remember however that every time I would get a cold/fever I would feel overall better with my emotional state without taking anything. This happened as well to some extent whenever I was taking antibiotics for unrelated stuff like a tooth infection.
After a few days, the symptoms would then return to their previous baseline...
My take on this is that the immunity system modulation was doing something, not sure what though.
