Here is a new study making waves, probably with headlines that are way out of proportion to the actual discovery.

A newly discovered protein that regulates telomeres. Potentially helpful in controlling telomere length? Probably. A super master aging clock regulator? Probably not.

What do you think?

I think that calling TZAP a "Master Regulator of Cellular Aging" is hyperbole.  It's just a protein involved in keeping telomeres from getting too long.  This isn't even going to apply in most somatic cells.   It's mainly there as a cancer control mechanism.
