well. before i started taking bacopa if my date knocked on the door, i would answer it holding a knife dripping in ketchup, say 'welcome to the jungle babe', then immediately place her hand near my groin and ask to be called cute over and over. these days i'm way more chill, usually playing some online chess and just ask her to fluff a blanket before we carpool out to some spot
before taking bacopa i also used to have problems focusing at work, but no more.
i think a lot of the racetam responders are just hypercholinergic. but then they get to tolerance and can't figure out what went wrong? although i needed to take choline with piracetam i am still sensitive to it. too much acetylcholine makes me moody, had to limit dietary choline intake once i started taking bacopa and other AChEs (such as ginkgo, a powerful herbal stimulant which nevertheless has such significant tolerance issues as to limit its scope to the short-term. best to take it a few times a week, 3 weeks a month. but unlike adderalls, it actually feels like a cumulative benefit similar to bacopa. and also from looking at some gene transcript changes, it appears a lot healthier than adderall)
