Could taking uridine sublingually help in regards to uridine's effect on bone formation? Is there ways to effectively offset this?

Also I can see uridine is a popular supplements around here, has this been discussed and the other potential long term side effects like heart disease, insulin resistance, and cancer complications?

This is very concerning because if you block enough osteoblasts, that will cause osteoporosis.

I suppose CDP-Choline/Citicoline would also block the formation of osteoblasts, since CDP-Choline partly converts into uridine in the body.
