Hello everyone!

Would you guys help me a bit with making up a dosing regimen for a sublingual Flumazenil?

It has some special gum matrix to slow down the absorption under tongue.

This should be a part of my healing proccess from 2-month use of Clonazepam (Klonopin) a year ago. The doses were 2mg, then 1mg/day near the end. I still have to endure persisting effects like clouded thinking, extreme tiredness 24/7, or depersonalisation.

Now, I'm trying to set up some protocol for me, but I'm unsure with intervals between individual doses...

I'm thinking about something like this, as I saw it in some study:

0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50 and finally 1.00 mg, while setting 15-minute interval between each dose

I want to repeat this for 7-12 days.

But, I'm not sure whether I should do just one such titration cycle in a single day, or do it repeatedly in one day, while abide the rule of not to exceed 3 mg per hour.

Or, should the titration look more like this? (this is of course a different case, when a benzo is still in a body)

Please advice...

Thank you!

Personally, I would just go with the lowest dose, and slowly up the dose each day to be on the safe side.
