anyone taking high doeses of inositol powder?

 

i find that after taking 15mg of inositol powder, i get uneasy stomach, nausea, headache and diarrhea where only liquid is purges out

 

 

nevertheless, I am able to keep anxiety under control, and brain function much better......

Suggest not doing that again, no matter what positive effects you think you got from it.  For all you know, you were feeling the effects of slight lightheadedness from imbalancing your electrolytes via diarrhea.

Wow 15g.. I feel awful at only 800mg (slight anxiety, bad mood, etc.).

Did you immediately take such a high dose or did you build your way up?
