I have a serious problem with chronic smooth muscle tension.  It hits my whole body from my feet to my scalp, and it just feels like my tendons are contracted and will not let up.  I've had x-rays that show my knee tendons are sitting high on my cap, and they had no idea why.

So, I found 3 supplements accidently, that completely relieves this pressure within a half hour.  The supplements are Bilberry Root, Dandelion Root and Wobenzym N (Rutin).  I've been trying to find the connection between the 3 for years, and I think they may be connected as Flavonoids that inhibit the cholinesterase enzyme family.

The problem for me is that when the supplement wears off in a day or so, that muscle tension/tightness comes back and it's much worse and harder to deal with then before I take any of the supplements, then it can take a couple days to weeks for the tension to return to lesser baseline.

Any thoughts??  If the inhibitor is causing the rebound, is there another treatment approach I can try?
