Long-time lurker, first time poster.

I just started taking nsi-189 and it is doing really well for me. Nothing that hasn't been covered by other posters but experiencing things like much more positive, upbeat attitude, easier time dealing with stressors and overall I just feel like a nicer person :-)

Here are my questions:

Are there any users who have been on this compound more than a year or two and if so have your effects continued at the same rate as they initially did?

And this leads me into my next question, which is:
Is it necessary to continue taking nsi-189 to continue receiving the benefits? I'm wondering this because the studies have shown an increase and hippocampal volume after a fairly short time and I'm wondering if the benefits derived from this increase would stay after you stop taking it.

Thanks. I was thinking of doing that but can't figure out on my mobile how to scroll to the last page of that thread and I didn't want to manually thumb through 170+ pages :-) If you know I magic way I can get to the end of that thread that would be great.

I think there is a way on the phone, click to view whole website, not phone version, then when you get to the list of the pages, there is a small icon to the right of them, an arrow, if you click that once, even on the fullwebsite, it brings you to the last page of the thread. Or you can google "longecity nsi forum page 170" i believe thats where its at.
