Hello smart people!

My lovely girlfriend and best friend recently tested positive for HPV-16 with pre-cancerous lesions.

Nearly all cervical cancer is due to HPV with two types, HPV-16 and HPV-18.

HPV-16 and HPV-18 also accounts for between 60-90% of the other cancers are also linked to HPV, like anal, penile, vulva, vagina, throat, mouth, head and neck cancers.

It apparently doesn’t exist any reliable HPV-tests for men, but I can reasonably assume that I also have the HPV-16 virus.

I would get sad beyond all human comprehension if I lose her.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback and other useful tips and information in regards to this.

MY REGIMENT:

We try to follow a ketogenic diet and practice intermittent fasting for 16h (20.00-12.00)

Upon awakening we drink a tonic (06.30):
- 1000ml water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (C8/C10)
- 1/2 tsp Mineral salt
- 1 tsp Acerola extract (160mg vitamin-c)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric / curcumin
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper / piperine
- 400mg Tyrosine

We chug down the tonic with the following stack:
- 2 cap IP-6
- 2 cap Male probiotic / 1 cap female probiotic
- 500mg Quercetin
- 500mg Rhodiola
- 300mg Ashwagandha
- 500mg Berberine
- 250mg Schisandra (to improve berberine absorption)
- 1000mcg / 400 mcg B12 + folate

This tonic is low-carb / low calorie, meaning we stay in a fasted state until about 12.00

Lunch smoothie (12.00):
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 3 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 1 handful arugula / myrosinase
- 2 stalks celery
- 25g parsley / apigenin
- 25g ginger
- 1 cup red cabbage / myrosinase
- 1 tsp Spirulina (1 tsp)
- 2 tbsp Non de-natured whey protein / lactoferrin
- 1 tbsp Blackberry powder / ellagic acid (we use powders and not frozen berries because of the hepatitis risk)
- 1 tbsp Raspberry powder / ellagic acid
- 1 tsp Creatine
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Broccoli sprouts powder (we use powder and not fresh sprouts because of the contamination risk and its a huge pain in he a** to sprout. This brand also claim to be just as good as fresh sprouts in reguards to the glucoraphanin content)
- 1 tsp Moringa leaf
- 1/2 tsp Mineral salt
- 1 tbsp Acacia gum

We chug down the smoothie with the following stack:
- 5000IU Vitamin-D3
- 325mcg Iodine
- 90mcg Vitamin-K2
- 200mcg Selenium
- 2000mg Fish oil
- 500mg Berberine
- 500mg Cayenne (to improve berberine absorption)
- 600mg Garlic extract
- 300mg Ashwagandha
- 300mg Alpha GPC

Dinner (17.00):
- 1 tbsp Virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- Organic egg (3 egg) or grass-fed meat (100 g)
- Lot’s of veggies. We like to use red onion, scallions, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, cucumber, sauerkraut, brussel-sprouts
- Lot’s of fresh herbs. We like to use raw garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, chives (1/4 box) , cilantro, dill
- 1/2 tsp Mineral salt
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Tomato powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Caraway

We take the following stack right after dinner:
- 2000mg Fish oil
- 500mg Berberine
- 500mg Cayenne (to improve berberine absorption)

Before sleep we drink a «bedtime tonic» consisting of the following:
- 1 tsp Black seed cumin oil (1 tsp)
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)
- Cold-brewed tea: 2 tsp Chamomile/apigenin, 2 tsp Lavender, 2 tsp Raspberry leaf/ellagic acid
- 1.5g Reishi extract
- 1 tsp Acerola extract (160mg vitamin-c)
- 950mg Tryptophan

We chug down the tonic with the following:

- 2 cap IP-6

- 200mg Magnesium

Thanks :)

I think this is too much. Life is long - are you going to try to do all of this forever? Is your girlfriend on board with this?

From a quick scan these all look like really great supplements with no flaky stuff thrown in, but maybe wait until one of you is actually diagnosed with cancer before pulling the trigger on the complete regimen. It might be a little heavy on mushrooms as you don't want to overstimulate the immune response. Also I thought IP-6 was supposed to be taken on a completely empty stomach, but I don't really know how crucial that is.

How about this? - Get vaccinated. - Sadly it would probably be a good idea to cut out the sort of sex play that might spread the virus (oral sex, anal sex). - Get screened regularly. - Focus on relaxing and enjoying life, not trying to outrun death.
