Not big effect from ginkgo, maybe very slight memory improvement but brainfog is sitll present on it. Blood test showed that my magnesimum level is good, tea seems to not give much effect. Also if we dont take permament brain damage from nootropics as a option then it must be someting with neurotransmitters or blood circulation.

anything from bacopa or rhodiola or indian snake root?

trying to think what else is common to energy drinks.. taurine?  apparently also ginseng, guarana, and b vitamins.  taurine you could sample a few weeks to gauge the response, but its bu-bu for the longterm gaba concerns (however it would explain a connection to alcohol and energy drinks with your condition).  b vitamins would be a more long-term solution if they worked.  guarana is caffeine with the addition of a few curious phytopharmacons.  stuff like ginkgo and ginger would help if it were cardiovascular, now i'm sure there are better options for stroke recovery but i wouldn't necessarily go down such aggressive avenues having labeled a stroke as a mere "option"

Energy drinks are not helping anymore after dosage of vitamins, magnesimum and tyrosine. I took tyrosine to make dopamine level higher but it seemed to help only for a first 2 days and then not give any positive effects.

I tried bacopa and it helped but brainfog is still present. Again as 3 days ago my brainfog was absolutely lifted at night - like now when i write it. It just passes in the night. Even at last saturday when i dosed tyrosine that made me foggy and energy drink which was poor quality and made me feel unplesant brainfog just passed at around 9:00 PM!!! I dont know WHY

who knows, if it goes at night you could try fasting?  might be a histamine or choline issue

dont take bacopa everyday thats when it makes you foggier, its more of somethign to take when you think of it, like 2-3 days per week tops.  even so it's not the solution.  just dial in with another herb.  i'm tempted to recommend rhodiola before ginseng.  ginseng has more in common with tea and ginkgo, which didn't help you much.  rhodiola, which the average reader may be surprised to learn is not an MAOI until several times physiologic concentrations, is however serotonergic and cortisol-modulating at normal levels.  it has a lot more in common with bacopa, except the fact that a lot of people seem to do well on rhodiola long-term, with actual success stories in the office compared to horror stories of falling asleep or going catatonic on bacopa.  i think it has weak dopamine and glutamate effects that put it more in the category of stimulant than adaptogen.  nootriment even wrote an article for rhodiola on depression and fatigue, but they write an article for everything so i might take that with a grain of salt.

besides that i would try tea another afternoon to see if you don't get a better response.  i would also not look back to tyrosine, maybe do more cardio on an elliptical machine and look to include more colorful foods on your kitchen shelf (preferably of the non cotton candy / skittles variety).  i stick with mainly broccoli, red onion, button mushies, bell pepper, ginger, turmeric, blueberries and citrus (including kiwi).  quinoa and mixed rice, pinto black or kidney beans (more Mag and antiox than white beans)

They don't make energy drinks healthy because if they were to make a person healthier then the person would stop drinking it.
