I assume that you are talking about comparison between them in terms of blocking cortisol?

 

I have seen the effects of phosphatidylserine (PS) on my mother, but only that it definitely enhances memory. I also have had her take lecithin (which contains phosphatidylcholine (PC), PS, and phosphatidic acid (PA)). Lecithin seems to work even better than PS for memory enhancement. 

 

I have no experience with seriphos.
