Hello everyone, I've been experimenting with nootropic stacks for a long time (pills) but now I want to venture into drinks, and I need some help.

Do you guys know how a lot of brands, like Vitamin Water (I know it's shit, just take it as an example) manage to have a seamless mix? that is, the ingredients stay mixed, they don't go to the bottom of the bottle and the color is consistent too. Same with Red Bull, final color doesn't show caffeine and ingredients stay mixed. Plenty of examples but these two should work to make my point.

What are the steps to achieve this kind of mixing? I'm trying to mix a couple of nootropics, herbal extracts mainly, sweetner and taste additive.

any brand coconut water, Topo chico/gerolsteiner mineral water, Swiss hemp ice tea.

stuff I wouldn't exactly recommend (maybe to someone coming off redbull?)  Sambazon, Scheckter’s, Dark dog, BrainJuice.  A lot of these energy drinks are emulsified or homogenized at high temperatures, something you can't exactly do in your kitchen.  if you were going to make your own you can try adding lemon juice, more water to dilute, or a high speed blender.  pretty much anything without creatine or bcaas and you should be okay.  No matter what sick method of intimidation you use, some things just won't dissolve lol

Ok thanks, so you think a drink with the following ingredients could be properly mixed at home?

Orange, Lemon, Raw honey, Vanilla, Ashwagandha, Orange oil

Sure, doesn't sound worth the effort to me though.  I'd just do a glass plain grapefruit and naval orange juice, with the ash on the side
