Sinclair: "While resveratrol activates SIRT1 alone, NAD+ boosters activate all seven sirtuins, SIRT1-7, and should have an even greater impact on health and longevity,"

I am a bit skeptical that NMN precursors (while being helpful for one's overall health), is the major fix for aging effects.

Why aren't we seeing multi-fold increase in animal lifespan in experiments with NMN precursor treatments? My answer - probably because, ultimately, NMN precursors only address the downstream effects and not the source of the problem.

Beta lapachone appears to be the next generation of NAD enhancers, as it impacts the NMQ01 gene, and there NAD ratio. I gave a sample of it to David S,

and I will quote what he said to me: ' This is a very interesting compound"

He might patent it and sell it back to you.

Sulforaphane and R-ALA both activate NQO1 as well. These should both be tested with NR.

Nrf2_stack       Nrf2->NQO1->NAD+    may raise NAD+ baseline

  BroccoMax 2cap Sulforaphane 16mg  -myostatin/BP/Cancer_w/o_NAC +Nrf2 syn
  Andrographis 1 cap 400mg 10% andrographolides (40mg) +Nrf2
  Curcubrain 1cap 400mg -amyloid/tau/NF-kB/oxLDL/CoA/iron/TOR1/TSH +Nrf2 syn
  EGCG 1cap 120mg -Tau -NF-kB -cancer -cortisol -ATP -libedo +NrF2 syn
  Feverfew Swanson 1cap 500mg 0.5% parthenolides (2.5mg)   +Nrf2

Listed in order of potency  (sulforaphane is the most potent)
Sulforaphane, Curcumin, and EGCG are synergistic. EGCG by itself has little effect on Nrf2

Rhodiola may also worth taking:

I have found similar benefits in Rhodiola and Sulforaphane that could be both related to Nrf2 upregulation. They are two of the three supplements that make me look considerably better. The third, spirulina, interestingly is classified also as a Nrf2 activator in this papper:
