Hello,

So for a long time I've had some problems with my digestion, namely, sticky, sometimes thin stools and a sense of incomplete evacuation (IBS), sometimes with urgency - diarrhea, other times constipated. In my worse times, I was debilitated with those symptoms and ever since going on a LOWFODMAP diet I've experienced much less pain in the stomach.

Enter peanut chips.

I've bought 200 grams pack of peanut chips, which are 33% whole peanut, 33% sunflower oil, 33% corn and around 4 grams salt total. After eating this pack of chips (because I've been losing weight from stress, to bulk somewhat), I've noticed my stools where normal - fully formed, passing fully. Maybe some stinky gas, but not much. Repeated over next few days, I've had perfect stool and my chronic hemorrhoid has vanished.

There are other things that helped before:

- lot's of spinach

- sweet potatoes

- tomato juice

Those above help to have a very dry stool, but aggrevate my hemorrhoid badly. Yet peanut chips seems to help better.

Any ideas why those help?
