IF you have to choose only three supplements for the rest of your life which three will be best?
Number one is easy pick. The rest will be difficult. I only like supplements that are in our body already. Niagen, Ubiquinol, and vitamin D are naturally occuring in our body so side effects are trivial at reasonable doses. Almost all supplements that are not natural in our body have side effects and won't extend life span.
1. Niagen
2. Ubiquinol
3. Vitamin D

I suspect this thread was made to increase your karma and make you seem more "trustworthy" like the many other accounts that have been popping up lately with almost no posts and weirdly contacting users privately and making absurd claims or posting weird links.
Anyway
1. Nicotinic acid (for most age-related diseases)
2. Carnitine (because it seems to go very well with NA and likewise has a phletora of bonuses)
3. Theanine (for sleep and brain health)

Essential vitamins aside, my 3 exotics are:
IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate)... Chelates the free/labile iron pool which is the ultimate source of "inflammaging"
PPC (polyenylphosphatidylcholine)... Take care of your cellular membranes and liver and they will take care of you!
Pre & probiotics (FOS/fructooligosaccharide & lactobacillus rhamnosus). As goes the gut, so goes the body? I'm a believer!

1. Vitamin D
2. Vitamin K
3. Magnesium
Same here. I would think magnesium, krill oil and d3 would be on most people's top three list. I have a shell fish allergy so I use fish oil and if you're outdoors a lot, the d3 is less important.

Mag Taurate is my lone mineral supp. Makes my urine smell bad, & I sometimes wonder if it contributes to body odor so I don't take it on date nights.
I get D from the sun in Summer. IP6 protects from solar damage. Don't fear the natural source, but true, got to supplement during Winter.
Lots of Vitamin-K in green tea. With the many other benefits of GT, a win-win, & one less pill to take.

Wait, what.... IP6 protect from solar damage? It does nothing for me in that aspect. The only thing that has noticeably done so is C60EVoo and I no longer take that for other reasons.

Good paper on IP6 as an internal sunscreen here: https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/19389306
"These results show that IP6 has an antiphotocarcinogenic effect and can protect against UVB-induced tumor formation."

^Nice. I have a UVB lamp, might give this a try. Does this supplement also protect against sunburns? Is IP6 the same as "inositol"?

All mice in both groups were fed an IP6-deficient diet
Cant speak of internally, but I can tell you it does nothing to prevent sunburn. Which is what I thought you meant with

1) Vitamin D3 5000-10,000 iu during winter.
2) CoQ10 (plain old cheap brands seem to work best for me).
3) Magnesium Threonate ( I can definitely tell when I stop taking it). Cheapest Ive found yet:
https://www.amazon.c...esium threonate
#4 on my list would be CBD oil for relaxation.

Common Inositol is Myo-Inositol, while IP6 is Inositol Hexaphosphate. Vary cheap at around a dime a cap (Jarrow).
I sunbathe for 30 minutes or so (each side) right at solar noon most every weekend in the Spring for vitamin-D . I live in San Diego, so rays are fairly direct.
I do tend to pink-up a bit if I go over 30 minutes, even on IP6, but this resolves swiftly and I've noticed I don't tan like I used to. Tanning is supposed to be stimulated by UV stress/damage? If this (tanning) is not occurring, does this indicate less stress/damage from UV rays? Don't know, but it seems logical.

1. Egg Yolks
2. Fish Oil
3. Green Tea
Although, I suppose these are all more or less food. An alternative list for me might look like:
1. Polyphenol extract (eg. Resveratrol, Curcumin, Quercetin, etc.)
2. Reacted Magnesium (eg. Mg Glycinate, Mg Malate, Mg Threonate, etc.)
3. BioActive B-Complex (eg. Methyl-B12, Methyl-Folate, Pantethine, etc.)
