Here is what I am currently using: Gynostemma
It is an AMPK activator, to the best of my knowledge.
I feel a little out of my depth to speak to efficacy or research.
I would be interested in anyone with expertise hopping in here?

Gynostemna also, as well as Ling Zhi or Red Reishi mushroom tea. Red Reishi had a study where it extended yeast lifespan by 35% I think.

Not exactly "healthy" but have you by chance ever made matcha lattes? It is pure indulgence.

It's part of my daily regimen for L-theanine.

studies done with theanine contain high amounts for good positive effect. tea in general contains it natural yes, but such small amounts, about 5mg to 10mg per 100grams while you will probably need like 200mg + for good relax effect (at least from personal and study related knowledge)

amazon doesn't seem to sell the sunleaf green tea anymore.
I drink about 4 mugs(2-2.5 liters) daily(all of my liquid intake is tea).
Mix the teas, add lemon and honey...

not sure what was dangerious irresponsible about my comment. people who disagree with me should check the studies. personally, i never felt the theanine from plain tea, and i can only feel up to 1 gram from supplements, tea contains about 10mg or so. its impossible to get theanine from tea, logically, enough to feel what the studies claim
