Hi, I'm come to there search answers, I saw that many peoples in this forum use interesting supplements. So I hope someone will help me. I have very fast heart rate, high BP, so I use beta blockers and I don't have LIBIDO absoloutely, nothing, zero and due that I have bad "wood".. So beta blockers causes that? Or something bad with my adrenal glands? I think I have too much epinephrine, so maybe there is causes? I try L-thenine, it help a little bit, but I get side effects so I stop it, should I try something else? Maybe GABA? Or maybe choline? Or what can help to boost my libido and decrease epinephrine? Btw I'm on TRT so my tesotosterone is very good level (1100ng/dl) all others sex hormones(E2, PRL,DHT, PRG,DHEAS) is ok, just little bit to low SHBG. So problem not in sex hormones.

Not sure if this will apply to you or if there are any interactions with the medicine that you are taking, but whenever I'm taking L-Arginine my libido just goes through the roof. The taste of L Arginine is as horrible as it can get though but may be worth it. :)

And stop watching porn. Too often people think this does not correlate to their libido, but it is in fact detrimental to it ('wanting to jack off to porn' and a healthy longing to sex is a completely different thing, eventually your libido gets numb).

Some libido boosting herbs: maca (red and black is better than white maca), catuaba. To a lesser extent tribulus, and tongkat ali (hard to find a good extract of that last one though).

beta blockers to lower heart rate and blood pressure?  you should consider replacing your pharmaceutical cocktail of drugs with a selection of herbal options, which may achieve the same end to a lesser detriment.  i take liquid Cal-Mag and follow a generally strict diet and my heart rate is around 48 at the moment (yeah, i got a samsung phone).  you might think i'm a trained athlete, but i'm not.  i barely work out, last time i was in the gym was 5 days ago, just to say hi to the girl behind the counter before grabbing sloppy joes next door.  ginkgo and ginseng, though they are classically thought of stimulants, have, over time, tonifying effects on the gaba system, and i believe their prolonged use has also contributed to my prime cardiovascular health.  cant put my finger on exact food sources, but i have a suspicion that citrus and red onion, broccoli, beans and nuts are of particular value here as well

i also believe your testosterone may be too high while your SHBG is too low.  without lowering the TRT dose, you could add button mushrooms which would inhibit aromatase (be careful, it could push your estrogen too low and i can't tell you exactly which way it will push your libido).  as for the SHBG, oddly enough i only know of one really reliable way to increase it: a vegetarian (intensive) diet[1].  i don't know of another way to skin the cat.  and you might say you can't eat a burger with that much toppings?  bubba, alls you need is a hydraulic press

Thanks for the answer, now I'm trying to leave beta blockers and use some natural supplements. I have tried choolina bitrate, and it help a little but, but not as much as I want. After I out from beta blockers I feel a little bit better libido, about 30%  is back, but still 70% is missing. So if my T is to high and SHBG is to low due that I can have low libido? Even if E2 is normal?
