Are micronutrients (like necessary vitamins and minerals) stored in fat? Are these necessary to get during extended fasting? The last thing I "ate" 45 hours ago was half and half from a coffee, an hour before that it was eggs, ham and bacon. I haven't had any vegetables since last Tuesday.
