I've had poor glucose control, prediabetes for quite some time now (years?). I've never been a type to eat breakfast, so I almost always waited till about 14:00 o'clock to eat first meal. Then I've read about intermittent fasting and I've pushed my first meal till 16 - 18:00 quite often. Not eating first in the morning seemed to improve my cognition interim, but I've felt off sometimes. Libido died of during my intermittent fasting times (which is about 3 to 4 years now), sense of hunger also was non-existant.

Enter breakfast. For about 4 days, I've been eating breakfast within 1 hour of waking up. The results? Fasting blood glucose down from 95 to 75, post pranadial down from 160 to 120 (!). I've also been unable to sweat unless partaking in very strenous exercise, but now I'm sweating even when walking just lack when I was a teenager / early 20s. Imho it seems that I'm reversing insulin resistance through eating breakfast, but any input welcome.
