Hey guys,
So I am stopping Nardil as I am going to be prescribed Adderall for my ADHD. My doc wants to do a urine test to ensure that the Nardil has left my system before giving me Adderall.
The half-life of Nardil is said to be 11 hours. Roughly how long will it take before Nardil becomes undetectable in my urine?

I don't quite know, mate... Never heard of urine tests which can even detect Phenelzine (nardil) - it must be a specialized test, done in a specifically equipped laboratory.
Checking the packaging insert reveals this:
https://www.pfizer.c...uspi_nardil.pdf
Metabolism– NARDIL®is extensively metabolized, primarily by oxidation viamonoamine oxidase. After oral administration of -phenelzine, 73% of the administered dose was recovered in urine as phenylacetic acid and parahydroxyphenylacetic acid within 96 hours. Acetylation to N2-acetylphenelzine is aminor pathway.
That implies that it most likely is at least detectable within 96 hours - so, go with that, to be certain.
Let's see... 96 hours... that's 48 + 48 hours, which is two + two days, so 4 days afterwards, then! Go with 5 days to be certain.
