If you want to take in uridine, you have a choice of either getting RNA (like LEF's) or Uridine supplements from nootropics vendors. What's the difference between the two and which is better if you want to take in uridine?

rna supplies ribonucleic acid, (similar to thyamine) uracil + ribose.  same thing as uridine, just before your stomach breaks it down.  the ribose may or may not contribute to the energizing effect.  as far as uridine itself, triacetyluridine is considered more bioavailable, generally treats more conditions.
