Seems pretty safe, sure. If you're taking it to counter SSRI sexual side effects, I hope it's quality Tongkat Ali you've got.
I see a lot of cheap/affordable 1:100 1:200 tongkat ali on the market lately, with the powder in capsules being very gray/nearly white in color. I notice absolutely nihil from this (made in China) 'new' tongkat ali that's being sold nowadays. Very few legit sources around. Powder City had a good one, but they're out of business. Sumatra used to have a good name, but recently is topic of some controversy that their products are diluted with ashes (their products are ash-black in color after all), plus I wouldn't be surprised that either their powder or gelatin capsule is spiked with sildenafil...
To sum up, real quality Tongkat Ali is one of the hardest thing to get your hands on.

The ratio extracts are a crap-shoot, and you cannot tell how much of the active you are getting. 1:200 is bogus, at best they are 1:100. A few are standardized to Eurycomanone, and may be effective.
https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/23810842
" Eurycomanone, the highest concentrated quassinoid in the root extract of E. longifolia improved fertility by increasing testosterone and spermatogenesis of rats through the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis, but the mechanisms underlying the effects are not totally clear."
I know a source for standardized extract, if anyone wants to order a few kilos.
Fenugreek saponins have a similar effect, without causing enlargement of the gonads or other organs, and may be easier to obtain.
As for conflict with an SSRI, their mechanisms of action do not conflict, but the combined effect is unknown, as far as I know. The chance of interaction seem minimal, but you never know.

The tongkat ali market is a mess. And that's caused by the fact that a larger number of sellers compete for the buyers' dollars. So many sellers compete by smearing competitors with all kinds of rumors.
