Quality turmeric brand in UK?

Can anyone point to a quality brand of turmeric in the UK? I'm going to be capping them (00 size) for daily (Mon-Fri) regime. I bought some from the local supermarket, but wanted to check if it was 'all the same' (so to speak). Also, is it necessary to mix in black pepper? I've heard it improves absorption.

Nature's Best is good. I think it is exactly the same product as the Healthspan, but cheaper.
