Due to my high calprotectine value i am stressing like crazy, cant eat anything and can't sleep because i am scared as shit that i have possible Crohn's / CU.

I all ready tried Passion Flower, Melatonin, Gaba, Ashwaganda all at once and the anxiety and tension inside did not go away at all..

I have this tension inside my stomach that doesn't go away, i have severe brain fog and cant think straight and i am overthinking everything like crazy.

It's like having a windmill inside my head that just wont stop.

Someone please has some advice to stop the tension and overthinking, i never got this feeling before, its like my mind is outside my body and i dont feel like myself anymore.

You probably have a leaking gut due to inflamation. Partially digested proteins may slip into the blood stream creating an immune response and allergic reaction which could you all the symptoms described. In addition, important vitamins/minerals are not well absorbed either which could contribute to certain deficiencies.
Supplements known to help with leaky gut is NAG (n acetyl glucosamine) about 6grams per day and probiotics (look how to multiply them at home from just 2 pills bought from the pharmacy)

I'm not sure... Give it a month.

One more for you. Look into Zinc Picolinate.

Zinc supplementation tightens "leaky gut" in Crohn's disease.

passion flower, melatonin and gaba are all just going to toy with your mind a bit and then leave you worse off.  ashwagandha (tho a gaba agonist) might be more of an exception, but i would still suggest japan direct tea any day of the week (theanine is god).  zinc is also a step in the right direction, as is magnesium and a high flavonoid diet.  as for the chron's specific diet, i thought it was pretty common sense.  paypaya and pineapple, iron and B12 tablets, grassfed yogurts and avoidance of wheat were among the main pillars, leaving the more nuanced principles for the reader to uncover
