Are there any studies that show the efficacy of BPC 157 for tendon and ligament repair?
Have you looked into prolotherapy for tendon and ligament repair, and an updated version of prolotherapy called prolozone?
I have very stretched ligaments in my pelvis, due to a yoga injury, and tried all sorts of collagen and elastin-boosting supplements to try to repair them, but to no avail.
However, I understand that prolotherapy can be effective, although I have yet to try it. Prolotherapy involves injecting a plain glucose solution into the ligament, which causes an inflammatory response in the ligament. During the inflammation that ensues, the ligament repairs itself.
