NEED HELP TO REDUCE MY SEROTONIN LEVELS

I have tried SO many things to reduce it.. I just have so much of it and any supplement wont decrease it enough.

I have tried all these:
yohimbe
white willow bark
L-Dopa
Activated Charcoal
shilajit
L-lysine
L-Histidine
Choline
Inositol
panax ginseng
Agnus castus 
Feverfew
Berberine
Gingkgo biloba
ginger root
Ziziphus
Jujube
Magnolia


What should I do now???! Should I go for a serotonin antagonist or is there any other supplement that ´´work´´?

BCAA along with tyrosine to prevent catecholamines depletion should do it.

Oral branched-chain amino acid supplements that reduce brain serotonin during exercise in rats also lower brain catecholamines.

yes I wanna try this but I feel like it wont make a big difference ... Like I have very high serotonin levels.. But im giving it a shot. How much should I try? Like 20g of bcaa? and 2g tyrosine?

All studies on low serotonin use diet deficient in tryptophan. But it's probably not what you need. You probably need selective 5ht2a inhibitor. Google that.

No, it's diet with all amino acids except for tryptophan.

No, it's diet with all amino acids except for tryptophan.

 

thats what im saying many things have High  tryptophan in them so I would have to cut a lot of food.

tough cookies mate.  you can also try unconventional approaches,like serotonin blockers ginkgo, rauwolfia, harmala or nandina.  more basic stuff is not to be written off: magnesium and zinc, exercise, perhaps an occasional multivitamin or glass of wine

Leucine causes extreme insomnia and does not exert any noticeable anti-serotonin effects. Beware.

No experience with those, but a family member took buspar and had good results. Look it up.
