So, my doc agreed for SSRI + nortryptiline combo. I'll try it after I fix my thyroid problems. I'm lucky that I found such doctor (it's hard to find good one in Poland...) but unlucky to have this "rare" disease...

Very good. Sertraline to start with? If no good you can also use escitalopram or citalopram.

The other SSRIs raise blood levels of Nort so they aren't ideal, but still doable.

I've been checked thoroughly and told it wasn't a stroke thank god. Hopefully I can get a referral to a neurologist soon.

Also, I have some nsi-189 on the way to me which I am very eager to try. If that doesn't work then I could maybe try sarcosine and NAC next. Obviously I have to give the nsi-189 time on its own first, but is there anything it goes well with for combating anhedonia?

I want to try lighter methods before resorting back to the front line pharmaceuticals at this time.

I'd also like to raise my testosterone though because I think this is a big piece of the puzzle. However I don't want to go down the TRT route at 23 and I can't take clomid either because I already have pretty bad sight. Is there any way I can raise it enough without the TRT? My level on my last blood test was 350.
