Immediately - then see a psychiatrist because you need to find out what compels you to seek medical advice on such serious matters online rather than seeing your Doctor.

I think this could be do to mercury toxicity.

Mercury from what? Do you eat a lot of fish, or are we talking about supplements from less than top notch resellers?

And yes, see a doctor already.

Connective tissue on my nose has been breaking for 4 months straight! My nose has been swollen this whole time.

400-800mg pyritinol and 500mg centrophenoxine.

^Haha! I assumed that were going to see a doctor, and in that waiting time (or concurrently) you were asking the advice of your fellow respected imminst users. I wish I had some advice to give you on the matter, but it does seem a little beyond being fixed by supplements at the moment.
