Our next guest for the LongeCity Podcast is Kevin Perrot.

As a Chief Science Advisor at the Buck Institute for Research on Ageing, he is helping create a connection between anti ageing research and entrepreneurial investment.

Kevin is a cancer survivor as well as the founder and CEO of the Ageing Research Network (AgeNet), and co-founder of SENS Research Foundation and LifeStar Institute, all organizations whose mission is to extend the healthy human lifespan.  In addition, he is currently a PhD candidate studying the phenomenon of senescence in a collaboration involving the University of Alberta and the Buck Institute for Research on Ageing.

The interview is scheduled for Thursday afternoon! Post below if you have any questions for him :D

I plan on asking him about any translational successes of the Buck Institute. Has any of their research produce effective treatments? Is anything in the FDA approval pipeline?

I intended to delve into the research of the Buck Institute, but the podcast took a differnt turn. Kevin is getting impatient with progress toward rejuvenation. He is helping to start a new non-profit. Listen in to find out how you might be able too help as well.

"Kevin is getting impatient with progress toward rejuvenation."

On the contrary, scientists have made great progress on rejuvenation. Nicotinamide Riboside (Niagen) and NMN NAD+ precursors are a life changer.

Senolytics are making progress, even though there is really no drugs yet that are very specific for senescent cells.

NAD+ precursors is now an established science. Looking for more progress on Senolytics.
