A recent I believe episode of Vice talks about life improvement and I will give you a synopsis of what they talked about so you don't have to watch it.

There is a suburb in Okinawa where people attain old age.  The reason was that some people don't have the genetics to get sick and that they are helpful with each other.

There is a clinic where you can have your genes mapped for $25,000.

They talked about Metformin and that it lowers the chance of certain conditions by 30% in diabetics who take it.

They showed a stem cell clinic where someone was getting a procedure on their knees.

The show then showed a video of an NAD IV but they didn't mention it.

Good to know that documentary makers are picking up on it and talking about it. :)
