So I listen to a new drug that restores the function of cells in the brain so that the formation of Beta Amyloid stopped.

It an old one from dec 2016, but they will come with more data in 2018. (Phase 2/3)

So I was wondering they tal kabout P100 gene, anyone know what this does?

The drug also seems to pretty much affect all type of nerve damage such as parkinssons and Rett syndrom.

What is the function behind it, is it maybe a good antiaging drug to take as well (if it reaches market)

The latest presentation is 20 min long, so if anyone is interested here it is: http://wsw.com/webcast/jeff105/avxl/

Company name is Anavex
