I started NR125 mg twice daily from Thorne 6 weeks ago. I had done my liver enzymes test just before starting NR and my ALT was 42. I repeated it again yesterday after being on NR for 6 weeks. To my surprise the ALT is 78. Could this be because of NR in any way? Anyone else noticed it?

Do you lift weights and did you lift weights in the days before the most recent blood work?  Lifting can "falsely" elevate function labs..
