Hi all,
I'm a male in my late 40's. I'm slim, but lately my belly started growing, for no apparent reason. I exercise about twice a week (cardio, mostly) have a good pesketarian diet, relatively low on carbs. I have no other symptoms except that maybe sometimes (although not lately) I feel full when eating a lot less than would make me full before, to the point of regurgitating a bit.
Is this an age relate metabolic change? are there supps that I can take to mitigate this?
I heard of apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes for this, but I'd like to hear opinions.
