Some use stimulants to success, seems like that's the class of medications you're yet to try. You most likely would need to take memantine to make it sustainable then though - if it works for you. Methylphenidate or amphetamine are probably the choices available, not sure how easily though.

I used to think I was a bit on the misanthropic side of things and hated eye contact with people I didn't know well, but since taking the nortriptyline, lexapro, and adderall combination, I can happily and easily start up conversations with strangers and actually have make sure I remain cognizant of cues from the other person to make sure they actually wanna keep chatting haha.

I'm officially taking these medications for generalized anxiety, depression, and adhd.

If you arent psychotic and have no history of it I would try microdosing either LSD or psylocibin (magic mushroom) it is being studied by MAPS currently for anxiety.

this is something you can  take daily for constant effect? since my problems is chemical imbalance if the effect goes away and my brain goes to its old self my anxiety will come back.

How long do theey last?

You might consider to do a genetic test with 23andme.com and research about the genetic mutations associated with social phobia:
Social Phobia - Malacards

Also you might read these resources:
Examine

Selfhacked

See also my post above about Kava at http://www.longecity...ctively/page-26.
It works very well for my GAD. Not sure about social anxiety thought.
