Hello been a while since I posted here. My question concerns a facet of nutrition. Namely my gut biome. The topic must be nearly worn out by now but here goes.... as many of us know the critters that make up our biome are finiky eaters so to speak, what would be the effect of taking one baby aspirin and two ibuprofen 200mg tablet sa day supposedly for imflammation?.
I stopped taking ibuprofen nearly a year ago. Didn't see much inflammation reduction. So I'm just curious if aspirin somehow changes things?
Any knowledge on this subject? Opinions?
