So I got diagnosed yesturday with XYY disorder. This makes sense as I already know I have autism, asperges, am tall, and overweight etc.

The full list basically describes myself:

  • an autism diagnosis
  • attention difficulties
  • delayed motor skill development, such as with writing
  • delayed or difficult speech
  • emotional or behavioral issues
  • hand trembling or involuntary muscle movements
  • hypotonia (weak muscle tone)
  • learning disabilities
  • taller-than-average height

Note I am 31, and they have not done research on adults.

I am going to write a book on "living with xyy syndrome" (I am an author (scifi)) and co author it with my mother who has a Masters in Dyslexia and she can cover the "parenting a child with xyy syndrome" I feel this could help a lot of people who either have it or have children with it.

But this thread isn't about the book.

One of the symptoms is life expectancy is down from 70+ to 55+. Here being a forum about longevity it makes sense to ask here.

Any supplements I should look at taking? Any protocols, exercises, yogas?

I currently do / take

  • Kundalini yoga
  • 2 hours of meditation per day (either 2x50mins or 4x25 mins) following a guided kundalini kriya
  • 3 miles of walking per day minimum. I weigh 322lb currently and I am 6ft 8" (203cm I believe?). It seems no matter what I eat or how much exercise I do - it doesn't affect my weight much.
  • Magnesium, zinc (zma)
  • Ashwaganda
  • D3 in winter
  • K2 in the form of gouda cheese. Supplemental k2 gives me broken blood vessels etc.
  • A good multivitamin.
  • In the morning, caffeine + l-theanine + taurine + thebromine (dark chocolate)
  • In the process of acquiring psychedelics to microdose to replace above stack.

Once a month or more, funds allowing, I go and have a massage and then hand-release (being autistic makes dating hard it is easier to just pay a pro to take care of my sexual needs)

Is there anything else I should be looking at specifically for XYY syndrome?

Thank you greatly in advance.

I should add, I don't watch porn or TV or read the news.
I masturbate / ejaculate at the same time so limit it to once a week but am working on kegels to disassociate the former from the latter. I am wondering if 1x a week is optimum?

Did I read it right? You have not had a genetic test to confirm it but you are going by symptoms of the disease?

Given the first sentence literally says "So I got diagnosed yesturday with XYY disorder."

Ie I had a genetic test and a doctor diagnosed me.
