Creatine destroys sleep probably via glutamate depletion.

It happens every single time I take it.

I have poor sleep and creatine doesn't seem to effect me. I thought glutamate was excitatory so I would expect the opposite if it was depleted

ok, just to update.im 99% sure it is none of the above and my problems stemmed from a combination of crashing my estrogen too low with Arimistane and also boosting my total test with clomid that pushed my hematocrit too high.

i stopped that combination and have better sleep.

Hemocrit and estrogen have nothing to with insomnia, unless you are a menopausal women and taking estrogen as hormone replacement therapy. Hemocrit will stay elevated for weeks and months after stopping clomid. What were your hemocrit levels pre-clomid, during clomid, and post clomid? How long were you on clomid when you had your hemocrit checked? How long were you off before having it checked to see that the levels fell?
