This is a question for geneticians, I suppose. I have heared, that the cells in the human body have ways to repair DNA damage completely naturally. There are such mechanisms inside the cells, that are a part of the official biological science. What are these mechanisms and what kinds of damage can they repair?

Are there ways to stimulate or improve the natural DNA repair?

Thanks in advance for all of the answers !

The body's dna repair can only repair dna immediately as it happens and using dna from other cells (all cells are mutated). So there is no way to use dna repair to turn your dna back after time has passed. The dna repair mechanisms can also cause mutations and eventually cancer.

Can you please provide me with some links?

How the cell uses DNA from other cells?

The dna repair can trigger cancer is bad news - at least I think so. How does that repairy machinary produces mutations?
