I want to order this, what is the best way to take it?

In water

In caps (if yes it it possible during encapsulation)  the powder can go bad cause of the air exposure?

Is it true that taking it with ascorbic acid or ALCAR render it useless or its speculation? if acids deactivate it, then what about the insane stomach acid??

What about adding bicarbonate to the vitamin c first, and then take it? will this maybe deactivate the ascorbic acid? damn so many possible issues.....

Thanks

You want RALA that has sodium attached tio it. This prevents destruction by acids.

Yes the gernova is sodium stabilized one, would this still make it resistant to acids?

Thanks for the link dazed1. They are the actual manufacturer of the specific "Bio-Enhanced" NA RLA which L.E.F. sells. There is a bulk supplier who sells non manufacturer specified NA RLA for just a little cheaper per gram, but I would trust this more. Let us know if they allow your purchase please.  :)
