I am doing a weight loss experiment. Exactly 60 minutes of fast-paced walking without a break every single day (in the extremely cold winter weather).

I wanted to test if it could speed up my weight loss as I weigh myself in the morning prior to having eaten or drank anything and after having emptied my bowels.

Furthermore, I am on a calorie deficit and eat one tiny portion of food a day and only drink water.

Today will be the 10th day that I have walked for 60 minutes every day without skipping a day.

So far my weight loss has DECREASED.

No, it definitely is not water weight obscuring the weight loss results. I have carb loaded before after long water fasts and although my intramuscular water weight had increased (bodybuilders use this trick to enhance muscle size) it had no effect on the scale, I still had lost kilograms of weight. Therefore, we can conclude that it is not water weight in my leg muscles.

There are truths regarding the human body that are counter-intuitive. That exercise will actually decrease weight loss is one of those counter-intuitive truths.

Of course I tried posting on Subreddits but the low iq, hypersocial users there are impossible to communicate with so that's why I am posting it on Longecity.

My current weight is 110kg. My starting weight (for the experiment) was 113kg. That's 3kg of weight loss over more than a week.

My starting weight PRIOR to the experiment was 130kg and it took me about a month of sedentary fasting to get down to 110kg. I then gained 3kg back from the 110kg which left me at 113kg and that's when I decided to try the experiment.

This whole thing about counting calories and exercising to burn the calories off is the most stupid, pointless, idiotic, timewasting, unnecessary thing people do to lose weight. You might as well relax yourself and just do a simple water fast on and off, as well as a few helpful supplements if you want faster results.
