I can't think of a single supplement I've tried that has improved my symptoms. I stopped taking anything else in case it's worsening my symptoms and currently I only take 2g fish oil, 10,000 IU Vit D because I never go out, Cal/Mag/Znc, 1500mg Vit C, Whey protein with B spectrum.

For what it's worth I have started meditating 20 minutes each night and morning and stopped engaging in addictive behaviours (nofap, music, gaming, high carbs) to focus on reading and studying.

Is there anything that's known to work? The cause of it is likely childhood stress as the symptoms began when my parents separated at age 9 and recent tests rule out most of the common physical causes (though, more are forthcoming).

Some have suggested a GABA analogue but 1g of phenibut did nothing for me.

And last question. Is endurance/resistance training bad for disorders of the sns, since it's percieved by the body as stress? I've been going to the gym for 2 months building muscle and jogging first thing every morning.

Why are you not taking Lithium?

This is the only logical choice for your diagnosis of cyclothymia.
