Are there any supplements that are known to surely increase confidence?

Confidence is a combination of different things.
If it is lowering social anxiety that you are after I'd use st john's wort. Carefull if you are under other medication ! In doubt ask your GP

st john's wort does nothing positive for confidence. For confidence you want something gabaergic mixed with something dopaminergic and noradrenergic? Glutamate also affects confidence a lot like seen in mania.

Alcohol, phenibut, selegiline, 9-mbc are three that work for me.

Confidence is something you gain with increased proficiency in a given skill over time. I'm quite confident with my computer skills as a computer engineer of 20 years.

Social confidence is what I assume you're talking about. Same thing applies. The more you go "practice" being social and allow for mistakes and corrections and trial and error the more confident you become in that area. There are no supplements for this. It's practice practice practice. Attend parties, host parties, make friends, talk to people at work, everywhere. The more you do this the less awkward it is and the more skilled you become at doing it the more "confident" you will be at it. Some people just start off lucky with some genetic advantage or more likely, the advantage of having been born in the right place, right time and to the right parents or in the right birth order. If you are one of the unlucky ones, you probably had it rough socially as a kid which doesn't help. Cool thing is there's billions of people and if you're not famous, you have the upper hand in gaining a lot of skill in this area by just diversifying or moving and trying again, learning from mistakes, etc. Take improv classes, get out there, don't let mistakes get you down and keep in mind, everybody is doing the same sort of thing. They're all only concerned about themselves and how they appear to you and others and they're too busy being embarrassed about their own mistakes.

I have to say, I felt like I had GREAT confidence until this Saturday when I took C60oo for the first time.  Now I feel like my confidence (but not cockiness) is through the roof.  I made a longer post here:  http://www.longecity...-33#entry835564

No idea if it will help you or if it is even just placebo for me.

Hmm, does beer count as a "supplement"?

Try low dose prami for 3 or 4 weeks. Research chemical readily available.

Or take flying lessons. You'll feel like a god for a little while, Iceman.

TRT is the way to go, though supplements to that end are probably better.

Tianeptine Sodium.

But I would proceed with caution regarding this substance as it's known to be highly addictive.

There are many Reddit threads from users desperate to get off tianeptine.

It's similar to Phenibut, but smoother.  And very useful, if used with discipline.

Tianeptine Sodium.

This is new to me, reading up on it, is it prescription only?

It is prescription in most countries outside of the US. It is currently unscheduled in the US and sold at various "nootropic" vendor sites.

I have had boosts in confidence on the CILTEP stack, really just one NOW artichoke extract and 3-5 mg of forskolin on an empty stomach upon awakening. Doing high quality work I find to be a confidence booster.

MitoQ also boosted my confidence by a lot. Brain full of mitochondria so it might make some strange sense.

MitoQ is damn expensive though. Will be interesting if some safer version of C60 comes out, also looking at SkQ1, PEG-HCCs, SS-31, they might have similar effects.

Why not find some other alternative? What does tianeptine do? It blocks some sero receptor or another or it's a serotonergic?

Short term use of high doses seems to be best with PQQ. It yields permanent improvements this way. Cheaper in the long run too.
