A new class of senolytics called HSP90 Inhibitors are coming onto the scene. I'm familiar with HSPs as they're in most cases (as I understand it) quite good for you and induced during heat acclimation or heat shock, exercise and sauna use tend to result in the creation of these protein fold correcting or protecting entities.
I'm guessing that inhibiting these for a short time may help in killing off senescent cells.
Does anybody know more about the drug names or accessibility for experimentation?
